AFMC 2012 Entrance Exam Dates

• AFMC 2012 Entrance Exam Dates - May 6, 2012.
• AFMC MBBS 2012 Results declared on: May 21, 2012
• AFMC Interview Date: starts from June 05, 2012
• Commencement of the course - August 1, 2012

The last date for downloading and submission of application ONLINE is March 5, 2012. However in case of candidates who have downloaded the forms by March 5, 2012 and sent by post, the last date of receipt of the same at AFMC Pune will be March 12, 2012 (1700 h).

AFMC 2012 MBBS Application Process will be entirely an Online Process. For complete details Click Here

1. There will be no sale of Prospectus and application forms this year at Post Offices. Candidates are advised NOT to send any Demand drafts /Bank drafts/Postal orders to AFMC.

2. Candidates who submit their forms online are NOT required to send anything to AFMC Pune at all. Those candidates, who are unable to upload photo and scanned signature, will have to send the filled and downloaded form to AFMC Pune after affixing photograph, signature.

AFMC MBBS 2012 Selection Method

1. Candidates will be required to appear in the competitive written test of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Intelligence, logic, Reasoning and English Language and comprehension on 06 May 2012.

2. Candidates selected in the written test, will be called for interview at AFMC Pune in the month of June 2012. No TA/DA would be admissible to the candidates either for written test, interview or at the time of reporting for admission.

3. Allotment of seats at the centres will be on first come first serve basis only.

Changing Interview Dates

If a candidate's AFMC MBBS interview date is clashing with another examination, you may however also apply for a change of date which shall be considered at AFMC. The urgency of the request which has to be invariably supported by documents. To apply online you have to login into your registered account and click on CANDIDATE LOGIN. This is available from May 23, 2012 (1400h) onwards till June 02, 2012 (1700h). For more information on interview dates, Click Here.

AFMC MBBS 2012 Admit Card

Admit cards are now avalilable for printing in the login account ID of accepted or provisionally accepted candidates. Candidates are required to login with their username(email id) and password, in order to gain access to their admit cards.

The admit card will be required at the time of written examination, interview and final admission to college. Admit card issued by AFMC Pune, (downloaded from the internet) duly signed at all places and attested must be shown to the officer supervising the examination at the centre. A candidate without, the valid admit card with attached photographs and mandatory verifications will be debarred from appearing in the examination.

AFMC 2012 Exam Pattern

AFMC MBBS Entrance Exam 2012 follows the syllabus of class 11th and 12th standard in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Questions in Reasoning and English are designed so as a class 12th pass out can answer them.

• Exam duration is of 2 hours.
• The paper consists of 200 objective questions, 50 Questions for Physics, Chemistry and Biology each. 25 questions of General Knowledge and the rest are related to English and comprehension.
