NVS - Admission

Eligibility

Jawahar Navodaya Samiti has laid down certain eligibility criteria for the students who want to get enroll in its various chains of schools. The eligibility criteria are as follows

• A candidate must be studying in class 5th in a school of the same district where he/she wants to take admission.
• A candidate age should not be less than 9 years and more than 13 years in the year in which he/she wants to take admission.
• Candidates seeking admission under rural quota must have passed class 3rd, 4th and 5th class examination from rural area.
• No. of attempts to appear in JNV’s test is limited to one.
