Application Forms are also Available at Select Centers of Punjab National Bank (PNB) on Cash Payment of RS. 500/-
Application Forms will be available by post from AMUPMDC Office Mumbai on payment of Rs.500/- in DD in favour of AMUPMDC payable at Mumbai with additional DD of Rs. 100/- for postal charges.
Completed Application Form enclosed with a DD of Rs. 1500/- in favour of AMUPMDC payable at Mumbai for CET fees should reach on address of AMUPMDC office on or before 10th April 2010 in an envelope provided with application form - by post / courier only or hand delivery.
