SI. No. 1. Course: 1 year full time Certificate course in Prosthetics and Orthotics technician (CPO).
Eligibility
1. Matric from a recognized board &
2. ITI Certificate in any of the trades of Fitter / Carpenter / Leather OR 2 yrs. Practical experience in a recognized rehabilitation centre / workshop under P&O Professional.
Age Limit: Min. 17 years on 01.07.2010.
How To Apply
Interested candidates may obtain application form-cum-prospectus on payment of Rs.200/- for General candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC / ST candidates (cash or Bank Draft) from counter of CRC, Lucknow.
For obtaining the prospectus by post, a sell-addressed envelope with a Demand Draft of Rs. 230/-- for General candidates and Rs.130/- for SC/ST candidates may be sent to the centre by 30.06.2010 (Wednesday). The DD should be made in favour of "IPH-CRC” payable at Lucknow.
