For LL.M.: LL.B. with 50% Marks
For PG Diploma:
For all Post Graduate Diploma courses except Labour Law the minimum requirement is Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised university. For PG Diploma in Labour Law the minimum requirement is a law degree or M.A. in Social Science (IInd Division)

Bulletin of Information/Prospectus containing Application Form (Price Rs. 250/-) can be purchased from the Institute on all working days between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
Bulletin of information can also be obtained by POST from the Institute on payment of Rs. 310/- in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of 'Indian Law Institute' payable at New Delhi alongwith a self addressed envelop of 24 X 30 cms. size.
