Application Form along with Bulletin of Information may be obtained from the ofifice of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines, 6th floor, V.P. Chest institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007, and from the office of the Principal, A&U, Tibbia College, Karol Bagh, New Delhi against a Bank Draft/Banker‘s Cheque of Rs.750/- (By Hand) (Rs Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General / OBC Categories & Rs.550/- (By Hand) (Rs Five Hundred Fifty Only)
for SC / ST / PH Categories between 10:00A.M. to 05:00 P.M. on all Seven (07) days from 15th October, 2011 to 25th October,
2011, drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi.
Application Form may also be downloaded from the university website www. http://www.fmsc.ac.in or www.du.ac.in and submitted with requisite DD and documents as required to the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines, 6th Floor, VP. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007 on or before 25th October, 2011 upto 05.00 PM.
