Open Schooling

National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is one of the largest Open Schooling systems in the world, with approximately 1,500, 000 students on its roll. The programme is imparted at three levels:

OBE level A: equivalent to class I-III
OBE level B: equivalent to class IV-V
OBE level C: equivalent to class VI-VIII
