Is it important to have computers as a main subject in Class 11 and Class 12?No, you have to study science in Class 11 but there is no compulsion to study computers. You can take up any other subject instead of computers in school.
When should I start preparations for engineering entrance exams?Though many children start preparing as early as the 7th standard but it is not essential. You have to maintain a consistently good academic record but you can seriously start your preparations from Class 10 onwards.
Do I have to appear for separate engineering entrance exams to study Computer Science engineering?No. AIEEE and IIT entrance examinations are sufficient for you to take admission in computer science engineering courses.
