Electropathy

Electropathy or Electro Homeopathy is an integral part of the Alternative System of Medicine. It is natural, harmless, simple, unique, non-toxic, non alcoholic and with no side effects whatsoever. Besides it is rather cheap and affordable to all sections of the society.

Dr. Count Caeser Mattie of Italy discovered Electro homeopathy in 1865. Mattie was much influenced by Paracelsus' theory and studied other recognized medical systems of that era. He found that every system of cure has certain drawbacks.

Mattie also studied Hahnemann's Homoeopathy. Subsequently he had several ideas to improve upon the existing systems and evolve a better one with lesser flaws.

The word Electro-homoeopathy is a combination of three main words i.e. Electro, Homoeo and pathy. Electro means any disturbance which occurred in the living organism, expelled out from the body by exchange of force (medicinal force/od force) and restores the organic tissues of body to its previous state of health systematically as well, as constitutionally through its nervous system.

Homoeo means equilibrium between blood and lymph. In other words, homoeostasis means physical and chemical consistency of the cell. It is inter related between cell to cell, tissue to tissue, i.e. each and every cell connected to each other if their inter relation is in regular way that state is healthy condition.

So Homoeostasis means to keep dis-balance body in to steady state (balance). The third is Pathy, which means system of treatment.

In short Electro-homoeopathy is a new system of medicine by which homeostasis is maintained between lymph and blood of a diseased person. Hence by regulating lymph and blood in the body the patient gets cured.

The system uses medicines made from plants which regulate both lymph and blood. The method of treatment is widely practiced in India, other Asian countries, as well as in the UK, Germany, France and USA.

For admission into Diploma in Electro Homeopathy Medicine (D.E.H.M) the candidate should have passed class 10th examination or its equivalent.

The candidates who want to pursue BEMS course in Electro-homeopathy should have completed senior secondary (10+2) with science subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Even science graduates can apply. There are numerous institutions across the country and they spell out different rules and regulations for entrants. Please refer to specific institutions for details.

One who still wants to continue his/her study further can pursue MD course in Electro Homeopathy offered by selected institutions of the country.

The courses offered in Electro Homeopathy by various institutes are recognized by Naturo Electro Homeo Medico's of India (N.E.H.M. of India), an organisation engaged in the promotion, development & research of Electropathy/Electrohomoeopathy in the country under the authority obtained from Ministry of Health & F.W., Govt. of India.

Electropathy Career Prospects

Electro homeopathy not only measures itself unto the requirements of a modern healing science but also commands itself on the first count mentioned above, namely suitability for not so rich. Qualified B.E.M.S doctors are eligible to set up and run their clinics all over the country after getting their registration from the competent authority. Qualified M.D. graduates (those who do M.D after B.E.M.S) are eligible for the posts of professors in the medical institutes or for research work.
