Civil Services Preliminary Examination Dates
- Date of Notification: 02.01.2010
- Last Date for filling of application form: 01.02.2010 (MONDAY)
- Examination Dates: 23.05.2010 (SUNDAY)
Civil Services Mains Examination Dates:
- Civil Services Mains Examination Shall Be Commenced On: 29.10.2010 (FRIDAY) and shall last till 21 days.
Note: Candidates successful in Civil Services Mains Examination shall be called for Interview for final selection.
Application FormThe
UPSC have developed an application form common for all their
examinations which will be processed on computerised machines. This
application form along with an Information Brochure containing general
instructions for filling up the form, an acknowledgement card and an
envelope for sending the application is obtainable from the designated
Head Post Offices/Post Offices throughout the country as listed in the
Notification Details against cash payment of Rs. 20/- (Rupees twenty
only). Form should be purchased from the designated Post Offices only
and not from any other agency. This form can be used only once and for
only one examination. Properly filled in forms should be sent to
"Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, New
Delhi-110069". In case of any difficulty in Application Forms from the
designated HPOs/POs, the candidates should immediately contact the
concerned post Master or UPSC's "FORMS SUPPLY MONITORING CELL" over
Telephone No. 011-23389366/FAX No. 011-23387310.
