B. Through Bank Branches: From the branches of the Syndicate Bank, Information Bulletin and Application Forms can be obtained.

C. Through Bank Draft: Information Bulletins with Application Forms will also be available through bank draft of requisite amount drawn in favour of DDG (Education), ICAR payable at New Delhi from the Offices of ICAR Institutes namely (1) Central Agricultural Research Institute, Port Blair (2) ICAR Research Complex for Goa, Ela, Old Goa (3) National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad and (4) National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal. ]

D. Through by Post: Candidates from remote places can obtain the Information Bulletin with Application Form by sending written request to the Controller of Exams, Education Division, ICAR, KAB-II, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 along with Bank Draft of requisite amount. The demand draft must be drawn in favour of DDG (Education), ICAR payable at New Delhi with a self addressed envelope (30x25 cm) without postage stamps. The candidate should write his/ her name and address on the back of the demand draft.
