North East Institute of Fashion Technology (NEIFT) is a premier institute for fashion and design education in India. The institute is located at Guwahati, which is the gateway to northeastern states.

At NEIFT the courses are designed to give the students better future. The courses are offered with an approach to equip students with the skills needed for a rewarding career.

NEIFT’s diploma course is of 2 years duration with four semesters. In the last semester, the final year student’s fashion show is held at any one of the four cities – New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata. 

The teaching and learning facilities at NEIFT are at per with the international standard. The institute also takes the pride of making some of the country’s best designers and fashion professionals.

NEIFT admission is based on an interview of the aspirants conducted by the Governing Body.
