BET - Biotechnology Eligibility Test (DBT-JRF Program )

Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) is part of the DBT-JRF program and is conducted by Coordinator, DBT-JRF programme, Department of Biotechnology, University of Pune under the sponsorship of Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India.

The test is conducted in major cities of India for pursuing research in Biotechnology and Applied Biology.  

The rate of fellowship is Rs. 8000/- per month for JRF (Rs. 9000/- per month for SRF) as fellowship + HRA per month as per the host institute + Rs. 30,000/- per year as contingency.
