ICAR-JRF - Application Process

Information Bulletins with Application Forms will be available for sale at offices of the Registrars of State Agricultural Universities, CAU Imphal and Syndicate Bank branches at (1) K.A.B. Extension Counter, Pusa, New Delhi–110 012, (2)  Arunachal Building, Upper Ground Floor, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi–110 001, and (3) Jeevan Prakash Building, Ist Floor, K.G. Marg, New Delhi–110 001.  The Bank, Agricultural Universities and ICAR Institutes will not send the Information Bulletin by Post. 

The Information Bulletin with Application Forms can also be obtained in person by depositing Bank Draft without postage and handling charges at the sale counter of the following Institutions. 

1. National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad – 500030 (Andhra Pradesh)

2. Office of the Controller of Examinations (Education Division), Room No. 226, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan-II, Pusa, New Delhi – 110 012

3. The Registrar, National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal (Haryana)

4. Central Agricultural Research Institute, Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands).

Information Bulletins with Application Forms can also be obtained by post from “The Controller of Examination, Education Division, Room No.  226, ICAR, KAB-II, Pusa, New Delhi – 110 012” by sending a written request along with a  Bank Draft of requisite amount. The Bank Draft should be drawn in favour of “Deputy Director General (Education), ICAR” payable at New Delhi. A self addressed envelope (Size 30” x 25”) without postal stamps should be sent with an application on plain paper to the above address.
