Aspiring candidates can apply in the downloaded form together with requisite fee by demand draft in the name of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh. The prescribed application from along with Information brochure is also be available on cash payment (Not by Cheque or money order) from the office of Professor In charge, Academic Section at the counter (Kairon Block Room No.306), & ICMR, New Delhi on payment of requisite fees on all working days except Saturdays (On Saturday forms will be available at PGIMER, Chandigarh only from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM) One can also get the form by post. The request letter must be accompanied with a Self addressed thick envelope of size 8” x10” bearing Postage stamp of Rs. 30/- and a Bank draft of requisite amount.
