INAT - Eligibility Criteria

Aspiring candidates who have completed their M.Sc. in Physics/ Electronics /Astronomy/ Applied Mathematics or B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. degree or are likely to complete the same by August (the year of admission), are eligible for research scholarship (to do Ph.D. in Physics).

The candidates should be highly motivated with consistently good academic record. Selection to research scholarship is through a written test and interviews. This selection is in addition to the selection through JEST - 2008, for IUCAA and NCRA.
