Career Options after Class 12th

INAT - Programmes

INAT is conducted for research scholarship (to do Ph.D. in Physics) at either of the following institutes:

IUCAA, Pune for Physics, Astronomy and Astrophysics.

NCRA-TIFR, Pune for Astronomy and Astrophysics

IUCAA and NCRA run a common Graduate School for students wishing to pursue a career in Astronomy and Astrophysics, and related branches of Physics. After successful completion of the Graduate School, which consists of course and project work, students continue to do research, leading to a Ph.D. in Physics.
