The Indian Agriculture and Food Industry is facing tough challenges due to various reasons like changing business environment, rapid technological changes, and globalization and changing role of government etc. These challenges impose unparallel demands on the capabilities of future managers. Keeping in view the prospects that agriculture and food industry offers, the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad offers Post Graduate Programme in Agri Business Management (PGPABM).

The PGP-ABM is a two year full time residential programme; specially designed to prepare students for careers in management related to agriculture, food, agri - business and rural and allied sector of the economy. The programme caters to the business ventures catering to the food and agriculture sector, both domestic and international level.

Eligibility

The candidate must hold bachelors or masters' degree in agriculture sciences or related discipline or Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in non agriculture discipline with minimum 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA. In case of SC / ST or handicapped category candidate, a 5% relaxation in marks/CGPA is provided.

Admission
