Selection of Students
The PGP participants of IIM Indore come from a variety of educational backgrounds. They are selected through an exacting process and are among the top 10% of thousands of applicants applying for CAT. A typical batch comprises engineers, science graduates, commerce graduates, economics graduates, pharmacists, doctors etc. The batch has an equally diverse work experience profile with participants with prior experience as bankers, software engineers, event managers, lecturers, service with NGOs etc. This diversity helps the participants develop a capacity to appreciate differences and work as a team. The participants manage their activities through an elected body christened SWAC (Student's Welfare and Activities Council). |
