Symbiosis SET 2012 Application Procedure
- Register online at www.set-test.org To view the Registration Details required to be filled out, Click Here.
- Candidates can register for one paper in the morning, out of Law or Engineering or Health Sciences and one paper in the afternoon session, out of General or Design.
- Candidates are then required to upload a latest scanned photograph of your own at the time of registration.
- Follow the instructions for payment of Test fee of Rs. 1500/- on the SET website. The charges for a prospectus of the Undergraduate Programs at Symbiosis International University is included in the test fee.
- Candidates must remember to print “Admit Card” directly from the SET website from April 25, 2012.
Note:
- For Engineering and Health Sciences, if a candidate wishes to offer scores other than SET, he/she need not register for SET and apply directly to the concerned institute.
- Admit Card and a Photo Identity must be brought to the Test Center. It will be authenticated during the Test. Also, if the Admit card is lost, no duplicate Admit Card will be issued.
- It is mandatory to preserve the authenticated Admit Card till the Admission processes of the desired Symbiosis Institutes are over.
Symbiosis SET 2012 Eligibility Criteria
B.A. LL.B and B.B.A. LL.B. Eligibility Criteria
The
candidate should have passed 12th (10 2) examination from any recognized
board with minimum 50% marks (45% for S.C. /S.T. students) in one
attempt (No Compartment). Students who have appeared for their H.S.C
finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to
submission of passing certificate by the announced date.
Age Limit : Candidate
should be less than 20 years of age at the time of appearing for SET (2
years relaxation for SC/ST candidates i.e. 22 years)
Seats : The total intake is 200 seats (Inclusive of 150 seats of B.B.A. LL.B. and 50 seats of B.A. LL.B.)
Symbiosis SET 2012 Exam Pattern
The All India Law Entrance Examination is generally held in the month of
May. The Paper will be of objective type and will carry 150 Marks. The
students will be assessed on the basis of marks that they obtain in the
Entrance Test.
