Strategic Management



Strategic management provides a basic foundation to enable the student to understand, analyze and make appropriate strategic choices concerning the general management problem facing organizations.

On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
Recognize and appraise strategy processes in organizations. Students will participate in the construction and development of an appropriate conceptual course model of the strategy process based upon Strategy Formulation, Strategy Evaluation, and Strategy Implementation. After the course certificate holder can join as a manager the strategist of an organization. He gives shape to the organizational mission, organizational objectives, strategic auditing and process, strategic control systems, decision making process, organizational structure, information and intelligence and emerging issues.
