Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) is an autonomous institution with the mandate of contributing to the professional management of rural organisations. It was founded in 1979 at the initiative of the National Dairy Development Board, the support of Government of India ,Government of Gujarat and Swiss Development Co-operation. Ever since inception IRMA has been working closely with Co-operatives, NGOs, Governments, and National and International agencies.
IRMA's mission is to promote professional management of democratic and sustainable institutions for eco-friendly and equitable socio-economic development of Rural people. IRMA offers different Rural Management courses with its mission statements: |
