Syllabus for M.B.A. Evening Entrance Test


Qualitative Capability:

Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction, percentage, interest, average, ratio proportion, profit and loss, geometric series, roots, progression series, etc. It may also include simple questions in algebra and geometry.

Verbal Capability:

This section of the test is aimed at testing the verbal ability of candidates in day-to-day communication in English. It may include question on synonyms, antonyms, words with corresponding meanings, singular plural, till in the blanks, one word substitution, idioms and phrases, coerce t spellings etc.

Language Comprehension:


The candidates can expect passages on general topics such as commerce, industry, economy, business, history, etc.

Analytical Capability:

The ability of candidate is tested to deduce inferences from data presented in tables, graphs, bar charges, pie charts etc. It may also include questions on analytical reasoning.

Business Environment:

This portion of the test may include questions on macro and micro environments of business, Economy, Business, Trade, Banking and entrepreneurships, etc.
