Personal Interview Important Infomation
KNOWLEDGE & APPEARANCE:
Make sure you know the institutes in detail at least for three years such as min./max rank, performance, faculty and placements made by them.
Keep Eye Contact
Maintaining eye contact with the person you are speaking to is a great communication skill. When you speak to others, the best way to note if they're listening is if they're maintaining eye contact with you. The same goes during an interview. If you fail to maintain eye contact with the interviewer when he/she is speaking, or if you look around the room when you are speaking, the interviewer may get the wrong impression.
Dress formally
If you're not sure what to wear, you cannot go wrong with business casual. Wear black, dark gray, dark brown, or navy blue pants; a blue, green, or brown dress shirt (solid-color, obviously), a matching tie, and clean, business dress shoes. This a very common dress code in an environment.
