Once a student fulfils the eligibility criteria set up by the institute/university for appearing in the entrance test of PG Diploma in Mass Communication, the next step for him/her is to collect and fill up the application form. The application forms are generally out in the month of May and June for the academic session that begins from August month.
An application form cost between Rs 100 and Rs 750 generally. Every institute/university has its own application form that is attached with its prospectus. Common Admission forms are not valid in the entrance tests of such courses.

• Secondly, if for each course, different codes are mentioned in the form, a student should carefully write the correct code against the course and see that there are no mismatches.
