Service Bond for Colleges of Maharashtra

Candidates selected against the seats of Government colleges for admission to MBBS / BDS courses will be required to sign a bond to serve the Government of Maharashtra or Local self-government or Defence services for a period of two years, failing which he/she will be required to pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lacs only) for the default. Additionally, he/she will be required to sign an undertaking to the effect that he/ she will not leave India within a period of five years from the date of obtaining the degree.
