IGNOU OPENMAT 2012 Exam Pattern

IGNOU OPENMAT 2012 is a single paper examination covering areas like General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. The marks distribution of various sections of IGNOU OPENMAT is given below.

Test I General Awareness
No. of Question - 30
No of Marks- 30

Test II English Language
No. of Question - 50
No of Marks- 50

Test III Quantitative Aptitude
No. of Question - 50
No of Marks- 50   

Test IV Reasoning
No. of Question - 50
No of Marks- 50

All the above sections will be given in a composite test booklet which will be printed in English. Candidates will be given a time of three hours to answer 200 questions. They may attempt the test in any order, as they like. Since the questions in the test Booklet are objective type, answers are not required in words or sentences.

For each question, there are four choices and only one of them is right. The candidates have to select the right answer from amongst the given answers. Before attempting answer, candidates are advised to read the instructions given in question booklet properly and listen to exam administrator.
