Business Management Programme (BM): This is a two year programme offered by XLRI after which you are awarded a diploma in Post Graduate Business Management (PGDBM). The programme combines current management theory and practice to instill skills and knowledge to groom students become responsible managers in the global perspective.
Personnel Management and Industrial Relations Programme (PM & IR): This is a two year full time programme where students are equipped with skills like Human Resource Planning, Performance Management, and Compensation Administration that will help them become responsible HR managers in future.
General Management Programme: The General Management Programme is a one year programme for working executives with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. This programme provides a holistic perspective to business so that the executives can hone their skills and move up the hierarchy in future.
Fellow Programme in Management: Candidate should have a Master' s degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university or deemed university in India/ abroad with three years of work experience Or CA/ ICWA/CS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST candidates) and three years of work experience Or a BE/B.Tech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% ( marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) and four years of work experience.
Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDM-RM): PGDM-RM a two year course offered by XIM Bhubaneshwar is aimed at shaping quality managers for the rural and social sector.
