  sir i live in delhi and i want to know how to get a education certificate becoz i left my study due to some family reason. now a days NLM started a programme that show on tv, but here they said students can give the exams on coming 18march, but student living in urban areas dont know where do they apply for. pls sir help us, and the essential information about there registration
