NUEPA is located on Sri Aurobindo Marg, South Delhi. It is opposite to Qutub Hotel and adjoining to NCERT and Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD). New Delhi is well connected by all the modes of transport.
Roadways : Delhi is connected to all the major cities of India by a network of national and state highways. Thus, reaching NUEPA by road is not difficult. Virtually, all the cities across the country have bus stations from where direct buses ply for Delhi. The city itself has three bus stations- Inter State Bus Terminuses (ISBT), at Kashmere Gate, Sarai Kale Khan and Anand Vihar for boarding people to various cities across the country. The institute is at a distance of just 22 kms from Inter-State Bus Terminal.

NUEPA is about 20 kms from Old Delhi Railway Station, 14 kms from New Delhi Railway Station.

The institute is at a distance of 15 km and 10 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport and the domestic Airport respectively.
