Xavier Labour Relations Institute
(XLRI)The Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur was established in the year 1949 by Father Quinn Enright. The institute was visualized to provide support to the developmental process of the country by producing professionals trained in the management and other such skills.
The institute emphasizes also on fellowship and research programs apart from training management graduates. The XLRI is a name for producing business managers with best entrepreneurial skill. The institute's sole motto is to achieve 'excellence in everything'.
