Sociology is the subject which deals with the study of the social world and the behavior of mankind in a variety of situations. It tries to explore the various ways in which the social structure groups, organizations, communities, social categories (such as class, sex, age, or race), and various social institutions (economical, political, or religious) affect human behavior, actions, and various opportunities available to them. Sociology Eligibility Criteria


Aspirants can pursue Sociology as a subject at all levels. These days many options are available to aspirants at plus two level, graduate, post graduate and also at doctorate level. A candidate must have 10+2 with high class marks in social sciences for pursuing sociology at graduation level. Similarly, a good percentage in sociology is needed to pursue sociology at post graduation level.
