Fellow Program in Finance (FBA Finance) : Indian Institute of Finance (IIF)
Introduction: Indian Institute of Finance (IIF) offers Fellowship Program in Finance (FBA [Finance]) of 3 years duration. This is a Full Time program for the award of PhD in Finance. The course is treated by industry equivalent to Ph.D in Finance of any Indian or Foreign Varsity. The purpose of this program is to promote research activities in areas of finance and hence to create eligible lobby of thinkers and financial experts who can do better work for financial health of organizations and government.
Eligibility Criteria: Master's degree or Post Graduation in any discipline from an Indian or Foreign university with minimum of 60% marks [55% marks for SC/ST/OBC]
Or
MBF from Indian Institute of Finance with minimum of 60% marks.
Selection Procedure: The Indian Institute of Finance offers Fellow Program in Finance (FBA [Finance]) on the basis of performance in Group Discussion (GD) and Interview.
Final offer of admission is made on the basis of past academic records, other achievements, work experience, professional growth positioning and personal interview for all categories of candidates. NRI/Foreign/Corporate sponsored candidates are also required to appear for GD and interview. The IIF offers special reservation to female candidates so as to encourage participation of women in finance sector.
Top 3 University Position Holders & College Topper (with Distinction) are exempt from Written Test & are provided with Rs. 20,000 scholarship per semester.
