| In fact transfer of a candidate in such conditions mainly depends on two factors, 1. The college is willing to give migration. 2. The college is interested in taking the candidate. So you need to speak the respective two college authorities. |

Is there a restriction on transfer ie transfer house surgeoncy from one college to a college in another state.
the person is studying a govt dental college currently in trivandrum(kerala) and is wishing to do house surgeoncy in any college in bangalore(karnatka).
