Campus Life
Life at IIM Indore is not just about classes, assignments and deadlines. Campus life is all about creating a vibrant and active environment where people do not merely coexist but actually build relationships that last a lifetime and bring in the spirit of belonging and friendship.

In a world of sleepless nights and never ending schedules, it sometimes does seem like a wonder that IIM Indore students enjoy an exciting campus life. There are committees and clubs to be joined, competitions organized, meetings to be attended, presentations to be made, people to meet, places to go. There's also loads of fun tucked away in picnics, celebrations during festivals et al. The life here provides a mixture of rigorous academic pursuits and avenues for relaxing through their life in the hostels and the various informal activities.

Life here is a mixed bag of emotions. Still there's a whole lot of camaraderie and strong relationships that once formed are kept for life. It's not home, but what it certainly becomes is an experience that you will not just carry with you but cherish forever.

Hostel
The PGP is currently a full-time residential programme and plans are on to make the MDP programme a residential program in 2010. There are separate blocks for men and women hostels and  MDP participants hare housed separately. The hostels are aesthetically designed and are interconnected in blocks of three. Hostel canteen offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and serve cuisine of different regions.

Sports
As all other IIMs, IIM Indore too believes in overall development. It's open space provides opportunity for ealy morking walks and jogging for both faculty and students. The open lawns provide excellent opportunities for impromptu games of badminton or football. Like the rest of India though, it is cricket that rules.The institute takes great pride in its state of the art Gymnasium which is equipped with most modern work out machines like exercise bike, rowing machine, stepper and multigym.

Library
The IIMI Library with its modern collection of knowledge resources and innovative information services fills an essential role for students, faculty, and the surrounding community in their intellectual pursuits. It is a hybrid library with the state-of-the-art technological applications. The Library holds knowledge resources predominantly related to management and allied subjects. The entire Library collection including the CD-ROM databases and the online databases are made available through Institute’s network.

Classrooms                                                                                                         
Classrooms are equipped with all modern teaching aids which include electronic media like multimedia notebooks, LCD & O/H projectors, motorized screens, infrared pointers, cordless microphones and speakers, etc. Audio-visual aids such as television and video players are also regularly used. There are also separate Seminar rooms, Audio-Visual rooms and seminar halls equipped with state-of-the-art videoconferencing facilities.
