The fee structure of IIT Delhi financing options are given below:

The present fee structure (in Indian rupees) of IIT Delhi is given in the table below. However, the exact fee structure is provided at the time of counseling. The tuition fee for foreign students is USD 2000 per semester.

Special Part-Time Postgraduate Programmes
The fees chargeable from each students would be Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) non-refundable for the entire programme payable in 6 equal installments of Rs. 10,000/-. In addition to Rs. 10,000/- an amount of Rs.5,475/- (which includes refundable security deposit of Rs. 2000/-) will be charged as admission fee in the Ist Semester and Rs. 525/- in every subsequent Semester. For group insurance scheme a Sum of Rs. 60/- will also be charged in the IInd Semester every year.
Self-Financing Foreign National Students
Following fees will be chargeable from self-financing foreign national students including those seeking admission as casual students :
Note: The students from SAARC countries will be eligible for 50% Tuition fee waiver provided that they are studying in SAARC countries.
