Law Entrance Examination

The popular perception of a law Degree has changed dramatically over the last few decades. Law has become a lucrative and versatile career option inspired by world class law schools such as the National Law School Bangalore, NUJS Kolkata, NALSAR Hyderabad, NLIU Bhopal, NLU Jodhpur and a host of other institutes / Universities. India's best law schools teach you to be a leader, to bear responsibility and discharge it faithfully. Civil and criminal law are no longer the principal pillars of the five year law degree as students also study corporate and commercial law, mediation and negotiation, international law, intellectual property law, environmental law and human rights law, etc and further make a mark in these disciplines. Consequently, the degree equips you, not just to be an accomplished lawyer but also a businessman, bureaucrat, diplomat, social activist or academician etc.

To select the talented and gifted people who are just right for the legal profession, Law schools around the country have put their faith in entrance examinations. To uphold high professional standards Law schools across the country admit students either through entrance exams or on the basis of school / college results. However, Most of the top law colleges in the country select students through separate entrance exams. If you are aspiring for a degree in a top law school, then you have to appear for entrance exams.
