Program: B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)
Eligibility: The candidate apart from clearing the CLAT must fullfil the following eligibility criteria.
(i) He/she must not have completed 20 years of age as on 1st July of the year of admission, provided in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, the maximum age limit shall be 22 years as on 1st July.
(ii) He/she must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination thereto securing in the aggregate not less than 50% of the total marks in the core subjects and English language put together.
Intake Capacity: The HNLU admits 90 students out of which 8 seats are reserved for NRIs and 2 for foreigners. The remaining 80 seats will be filled up on the basis of Common Law Admission Test, also as per university rules.
Program: LL.M.
Eligibility: A candidate for admission to LL.M. Course should have passed LL.B./B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University and should have secured at least 50% of marks in aggregate of the maximum marks prescribed.
The National Law University Jodhpur follows semester system under which an academic year is divided into two parts and five or six subjects are taught in each semester.
Similarly, the LL.M. program follows semester system where an academic year is divided into two parts. The first three semesters include the subjects as prescribed by the university and the fourth semester will be devoted for writing dissertation.
