CUSAT CAT 2012 Important Dates
- Date of CUSAT Notification for CAT, LET & DAT: 10th January, 2012
- CUSAT Online registration ( CAT / LET ): 15th January, 2012 to 5th February, 2012
- Sale of applications for DAT from departments and submission of filled up applications to the department concerned: 16th January, 2012 to 10th February, 2012
- Online Registration for M. Tech programs: 15th January, 2012 to 31st March, 2012
- Online Registration for International Students: 15th January, 2012 to 31st March, 2012
- Admit card downloading: 20th April, 2012 to 06th May, 2012
CUSAT CAT 2012 Exam Centres
The Cochin University reserves the right to cancel any of the above
test centres for administrative reasons or to shift or merge any test
centre if there are no sufficient applicants in a particular test
centre. All disputes related to CUSAT CAT shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of courts at Kochi only.
1. For First Degree
Programs ( B.Tech., and 5 year Integrated M.Sc. in Photonics ) : The CAT
will be conducted on All India basis with test centres of the following
:
- New Delhi
- Kolkata
- Mumbai
- Chennai
- Hyderabad
- Bangalore
- Jamshedpur
- Allahabad
- Lucknow
- Ranchi
- Varanasi
- Kota
- Nagpur
- Ahmedabad
- Port Blair
All the district head quarters of Kerala.2. For BBA / LLB ( Hons ) : The CAT will be conducted at the following centres : Engineering Entrance Exam Question Bank CD

- Kolkata
- Mumbai
- Bangalore
- Chennai
Apart from the test centres in Kerala.
3. For PG Programs : The CAT will be conducted at all the district head quarters of Kerala and at the following :

- Kolkata
- Mumbai
- Bangalore
- Chennai
Provided the number of candidates opting for these centres is above 100.
4. Lateral Entry Test will be conducted only at Cochin Centre.
NOTE:
1. The DATs are conducted in the University campus by the individual Departments / Schools / Centres of the University. The dates of these tests will be announced separately.
2. The University reserves the right to cancel all or to shift or merge any of the notified test centres, dates / rules and regulations relating to programs of study, eligibility, reservation, admission criteria, fee structure and other relevant matters for administrative reasons.
