The application forms can be collected from the selected branches of Punjab National Bank in person on payment of Rs.1000. The selected branches are located at Alwar (Shivaji Park), Kota (Aerodrome Circle), Ajmer (Kachahari Road), Jaipur, Jodhpur (Shastri Nagar)

Bikaner (Rani Bazar), Chittorgarh (Pratap Nagar), Bhilwara (Bhupal Ganj), Bharatpur (Rajendra Nagar) and Sri Ganganagar (Birbal Chowk). 

The duly filled in application forms have to be sent to the coordinator, RMAT-2009, Rajasthan Technical University, Rawatbhata Road, Kota (Rajasthan)-324022 by registered or speed post.

Note : The candidate can also drop the application form at the drop box placed in the RMAT office.

RMAT MBA FEE

The state level fee committee constituted by the state government determines the fee structure for various technical courses including MBA. The interim fee structure* for MBA course as decided by the state level fee committee is:

• Fee for the aided seats in government institutions: Rs. 18000/- per annum
• Self-financed Courses in government institutions: Rs. 36000/- per annum
• Fee for the private un-aided Institutions: Rs. 36000/- per annum
  

Note : In addition to above Caution Money of Rs 2000/- (Refundable) to be deposited in First Year only.
* Fee structure is liable to be revised from time to time. The candidates are required to pay the fee as prescribed by the committee/government.

RMAT Tentative Dates

• Written Test Date: 3rd week of June
• Declaration of Result: 1st week of July
