Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi is one of the premier Management Institutes in the world. The institute conducts its own exam to assess the ability of the candidates.
Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi started functioning from 1954 with a three year part-time Post graduate management programme in Business Administration for senior and middle level executives.
From then on it started carving a niche of itself in management education. In 1962 it started enrolling doctoral students in management.
Teaching methodology of FMS combines fieldwork, case studies and structured feedback with a strong emphasis on concepts and theory. FMS is one of the few management institutes to be under one of the finest universities of India, the University of Delhi.
FMS is therefore privileged to receive valuable inputs from the various renowned departments of the University like Economics, Law, Commerce and Sociology.
FMS has a strong alumni network of over 9000 students who have not only made their institute proud in India and elsewhere but also guide and provide intellectual inputs to current students.
