Introduction

Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) offers Fellow Program in Management (FPM) for Post Graduate candidates. This is Doctoral Level Program. The program prepares the candidates as specialists, researchers and academicians and equips them for careers in teaching and research, as staff-level specialists in different functional areas and sectors in corporate, government, non-government and international organizations, and as consultants.

Fellow Program in Management (FPM) has first two years in common with the Post Graduate Programs. Beyond the second year, FPM students work on advanced courses and develop their skills towards their doctoral thesis. The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) strives to admit individuals with exceptional academic background, strong motivation and discipline, and a potential to become excellent researchers at international level.

Application Forms Now Available

Postgraduate students in any study stream and engineering graduates may apply for admission into FPM in any of the IIMs. Different IIMs follows different sets of rules and regulations for admission into Fellow Program in Management (FPM). Candidates require applying in separate application form for individual IIMs and no centralized admission procedure followed. All IIMs conducts separate interviews for admission.
