IMT Ghaziabad 2012 Admission Process

The following is the admission criteria for various programs offered by IMT Ghaziabad

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - For admission into all programs of this group IMT Ghaziabad accepts Common Admission Test (CAT) scores. For more details about CAT Click Here.

Application Forms Now Available

Candidates require submitting application form for admission along with CAT Score. Short listed candidates are called for Group Discussion (GD) and Interview by IMT Ghaziabad.  Group Discussion (GD) and Interview held at Ghaziabad, Nagpur, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Indore.

PGDM Executive - IMT Ghaziabad conducts written admission test, group discussion and personal interview for admission into this program. The IMT Entrance Test is administered at Ghaziabad, Nagpur, Kolkata and Hyderabad

PGDM (Part Time) - IMT Ghaziabad conducts written admission test, group discussion and personal interview for admission into this program.

IMT Ghaziabad 2012 Online Application Procedure

The candidates can apply for admissions to IMT only  through an Online Application Process. Given below are the instructions for filling Online Application Form along with payment options:

A. For Application Fee By Demand Draft

1. Candidates tendering application fee by Bank Demand draft must have Demand Draft made before filling the Online Application since Demand Draft details are to be entered during filling of Application Form. Demand Draft is of Rs. 1750/- (Rs. Seventeen Hundred Fifty only) drawn in favor of “Institute of Management Technology” payable at Ghaziabad or Delhi.

2. After successful submission of Application Form, a copy of the submitted Application Form containing ‘Tear-off’ sheet will be displayed. You are required to send the signed Tear-Off sheet after pasting your recent photograph along-with the Demand Draft to the address mentioned on Tear-off sheet. Candidates should keep the remaining portion of the printout for their future reference.

3. Application Form status will be updated at our website once the Tear-Off sheet along with the Demand Draft is received at IMT.  The status can be checked by entering Application No or Test Registration No.

4. On the reverse side of the Demand Draft please mention your Name, Application No. and Mobile No.

B. For Application Fee By Credit / Debit Card

1. After successful submission of Application Form, Application Form Number is displayed to the candidates. Please note down the Application Number for the future reference. Candidates also have the option to take a print-out of the submitted Application Form for their reference purpose.

2. Once the Application Fee is received, Application Form status is instantly updated at our website. The status can be checked by entering Application No or Test Registration No.

C. For Application Fee By IMS Receipt/ TIME Pay-in-Slip/Career Launcher Receipt

1. Candidates tendering application fee by IMS Receipt/ TIME Pay-in-Slip/Career Launcher Receipt must be in hand before filling the Online Application since details of the concerned receipt to be entered during filling of Application Form. Receipt/ Pay-in-Slip can be obtained from select IMS / TIME / Career Launcher Centres by paying Rs. 1750/- (Rs. Seventeen Hundred Fifty only) in cash.

2. After successful submission of Application Form, a copy of the submitted Application Form containing ‘Tear-off’ sheet will be displayed. You are required to send the signed Tear-Off sheet after pasting your recent photograph along-with the IMS Receipt/ TIME Pay-in-Slip/Career Launcher Receipt to the address mentioned on Tear-off sheet. Candidates should keep the remaining portion of the printout for their future reference.

3. Application Form status will be updated at our website once the Tear-Off sheet along with the receipt is received at IMT. The status can be checked by entering Application No or Test Registration No.

4. On the reverse side of the receipt please mention your Name, Application No. and Mobile No.
