Operations Management
Operations Management is the branch of management that deals with service operations and manufacturing or production operations. Traditionally, operations management refers to the creation, development, production and distribution of goods and related services though independently. Related services include managing purchases, inventory control, quality control, storage, logistics and evaluations. A great deal of focus is on efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
