Procurement management also specifies about the management of supplier relationships, to ensure better service. This is a critical task in Procurement Management. Along with Procurement Manager also manages the activities of service delivery - committed to customers at the right time, cost and quality, control and measure performance to ensure service levels are in line with business objectives. He also manages and maintains standard contract conditions.
