Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), established in 1979, is a leading management institute known for its academic excellence and value-based education. The school provides management education to both fresh graduates seeking world-class management education and also to those who have already started their employment and want to improve their managerial skills. The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (full-time) is being offered since 1995. Both the part-time and the full-time PGDM programmes are approved by the AICTE and the full-time programme is recognized by the AIU as equivalent to the MBA degree of Indian Universities.

LIBA also has collaborations with several Universities overseas and seeks to imbibe a global mindset in its students. There is also a strong focus on consultancy and research and LIBA encourages its faculty and students to undertake consultancy projects with corporate.

Admission Procedure

Candidates are required to appear for the XLRI Admissions Test (XAT). For further details about

Short-listed candidates on the basis of their XAT scores are then called for Group Discussion and Interviews for final selection.

Since last many years, the corporate world in India, public, private, multinational companies, international consulting firms and other organizations have shown great faith in LIBA graduates. The highest pay ever been offered during campus placement stands at Rs.10 lakh per annum.
