MET League of Colleges

The MET League of Colleges seeks to develop and deliver Indian philosophy in education. The learning’s here are therefore enhanced with an orientation and aptitude development program. These are offered by interactive and participative exchanges with well-known personalities, skilled gurus and practitioners offering an insight into the rich legacy of Indian culture and practices of ethical disciplines to deliver the Indian value system to the professionals of tomorrow. Therefore there are ongoing program in Yoga and meditation across MET. A program aimed at offering 'earn and learn' opportunities to students is also being evolved and pilots will be soon operational in the coming semester.

Established in 1989, with a mission to redefine the system of education, MET can be defined as a professionally managed, multi-disciplinary and multi-faceted oasis of knowledge. Its premiere educational institutes conduct university accredited and autonomous courses.

Admission Procedure

The selection procedure for the MMS program is divided into three phases. All candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria have to undergo a 3-tier selection procedure .

Common Entrance Test (CET) 
Group Discussion (GD) and 
Personal Interview (PI)

The CET is a multiple-choice objective test evaluating the aptitude in verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logic, visual reasoning, reading comprehension and data interpretation. This test is then followed by a GD and Personal Interview which carry a significant role in the entire selection process.

Placement

Owing to excellent industry linkages, MET graduates receive overwhelming response from the industry. Dozens of MET graduate get offer letter before the completion of their courses. In the year 2007, the MBA salary packages at MET have shown a 40% rise over 2006.
