Symbiosis Institute of Business Management

Established in 1978, SIBM has been consistently ranked amongst the top B-Schools in India. Under the flagship brand of Symbiosis, it is recognized as one of the best Business Schools in India. The Institute is ranked 4th overall by the Business Today B-schools Survey conducted in July, 2008 by AC Nielsen ORG-MARG. In 2002, SIBM got the Deemed University status because of its excellent academic record. Further in 2006, the UGC vide its notification withdrew the word Deemed and renamed the University as Symbiosis International University (SIU).

With a brand new residential campus and world class infrastructure at the hill top in Lavale, Pune SIBM provides a holistic environment for overall learning and development. SIBM prides itself on being a student-centric institute. Students here are entrusted with resources and responsibilities right from the beginning of course. Eligibility

A graduate from any statutory university with minimum of 50% (45% for SC / ST) marks at graduation level. Candidates passing degree examination by part time/ correspondence course or in one sitting are not eligible. Students appearing for their final year can apply. A candidate is eligible to apply to one category only.
