Since its inception in the year 1949 at the Steel city of Jamshedpur, Bihar, Xavier Labour Relations Institute, or popularly termed XLRI has nurtured thousands of professionals in the field of Labour Relations and Personnel Management.

Eligibility

Candidates for XIME’s Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) are required to have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results may also apply.

Admission Procedure

For more than last 50 years, XLRI is conducting Admission Test (XAT) on All India level to select the most suitable students for its programme.
