COMEDK Conducts UGET (Under Graduate Entrance Test)

Consortium of Medical, Engineering & Dental Colleges of Karnataka conducts Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET) for admission into undergraduate programs of unaided private Medical, Engineering & Dental colleges of Karnataka. Candidates after passing 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with science stream can take this test. On the basis of performance in UGET entrance exam, COMEDK prepares merit rank of candidates.

The COMEDK member institutes accepts COMEDK merit ranking certificate for admission into first semester of different professional / technical courses. The degrees awarded by COMEDK member institution is recognized as professional qualification for employment by different Govt. as well as Private agencies.

A candidate after earning professional qualification from unaided private professional colleges of Karnataka can also choose to appear in COMEDK PGET or some other entrance examination of national and international repute for the purpose of higher studies etc. Entrepreneurship is one of the better options for those who can invest some quality fund in the form of business enterprises.
